You're coming about this all wrong mate. As a man, a doughy, vidya playing, anime watching man I could not carry an average sized male out of a burning building. Some men could, some women also could - admittedly as a percentage of overall population I bet more men that women could- however, that's not the point. If a woman can pass that test, then she has fulfilled the requirements for the job and would be suitable candidate.
