DMC on the hardest difficulty is easy peasy, always had trouble with Doom though.

DOOM on nightmare is hard. But it's made for gotta go fast mode.

I don't really know what's more difficult because I've done both on their highest many times.

You can easily cheese the fuck out of both games, though I would say DMC is harder if you try to get SSS based scores on DMD
