I think eurofags had it better, due to all games being slowed down 1/6 (lazy porting to 50Hz, they just slowed down the game from 60Hz)
and I still couldnt beat it, I beat it recently when playing on emulator, I just set emulator to 20 fps and slowly stroked my circle button.
Same shit wiht 99 nobles, just slow down to 15/20 fps with no frameskipping and enjoy being Neo.
