I watched 5 seconds of both videos so I wouldn't use much data on my phone. I don't see any difference in graphics but I assume the new version has more content? Never played Odin Sphere before so I might try it out now. Is it coming to the Vita?

Details are a bit fuzzy on what new content is there, but they overhauled the combat and alchemy systems, altered some levels and enemies (maybe added more, that's the fuzzy part), and of course the graphics are higher res. It's not a full-blown remake but it's not a remaster either, it's more like Odin Sphere v2 Bigger & Better. And yes, it's PS3/PS4/PSV.

Man I liked the original but just stopped playing when I got to Velvet's chapter because I didn't really enjoy her play style. Might give Leifhtrasir a try just to support Vanillaware.

I do have a Vita, but playing this on a small screen when a better version is available feels like doing a disservice to the art. Especially when Remote Play more or less means the PS4 version gets you the Vita version as well.
I guess I might just by the PS4 version and sit on it a few months, not the most cost efficient option but it's not like there's many releases I care about in Spring.
