11 maps I'm pretty sure, but the fact that you get to play them both defensively and offensively means it feels a lot more varied. Not to mention the fact that the objective spawns a different place each round.

It has single player terrorist hunt also a few single player training missions.
There are 10 maps at the moment, they are adding one more soon and another DLC map in January.

Literally the best tactical FPS in recent memory...
That's held back by absolutely trash netcode and servers.
I like it so far, but they really need to hurry up and fix the netcode. Once that's done it will probably have a really good competitive scene.

This right here, It's almost like BF3 on release bad netcode right.
The game is almost like a MOBA in the sense that you play the same maps over and over but the locations in which you defend and the way your team is set up is diffirent and unique everytime makes for some really cool and complex matches that go down to the wire of skill and knowledge.

It is a good thing, it keeps the game alive and adds new content, which also brings in new players and keeps existing players playing.
It is a pretty good business model and works well for both the consumer and developer.
