Never played FF7 but Melee is one of my favorite games of all time and easily one of the best games ever made.
I want to give FF7 the benefit of the doubt since it's supposedly one of the best JRPGs ever and I'm interested in the remake but honestly I haven't genuinely enjoyed any of the mainline FF games that I've played yet.

Undertale is the spoof game. It's definitely the proper choice to make the most people mad. The difference is that now it's something that's cool to hate so shitposters are going crazy, which makes the fact that it's doing well even better because it's not only pissing off GameFAQs but /v/ as well.
