Athena's story is done, her character is great, but she needs to get character development as an actual lawyer
I would personally like to see Uncle Ray return in some way. Not in AA6 per se, but in another Investigations game if they wanted to do that or as a playable character in the main series

my guess is that in the final trial we discover that Leifa is able to present false visions from the victim and that Maya shows up at the last moment and they have a spirit medium show down over what is "truth"
Phoenix looks really young. I wouldn't have mind seeing him aged a bit since his first appearance WAS several years back. But I can see how changing his image might risk the game's reputation amongst the others in the series. Regardless I'm very excited

My hope is that they periodically have cutscenes back to Tokyo/LA and show all the characters not involved in the main story being caught up in the most insane, convoluted ace attorney case of all time. They never show enough to give you an idea of what exactly is going on, but every time they have a cutscene you find things have just gotten crazier and crazier, with almost every character from all the previous games making appearances.
My expectation is that we get one, maybe two extremely brief cameos and that's it.
I want a Maya tease at least a picture.
Gumshoe should come back but not holding my breath i bet he died of poverty or he become an interpol agent cameo.
