Serious Sam 3: BFE
The only perfect "modern" sequel to a classic FPS title. It's far better "Doom3" and "DNF" than the actual games themselves. Hell, it even did the "RIP & TEAR" before Brutal Doom came out!
Plus it's a magnificent PC exclusive (on release); SERIOUSLY huge options menus, 16p co-op possibility, with available 4p SPLITSCREEN mode even (on a single PC), and obviously supports mods too.
The DLC is short, but great too.
Just don't play below "Hard" difficulty, or you'll run through the game with no challenge.

Killing Floor 2 is pretty good, imo.
The guns and gore are excellent.
