It's coming to the PS4 in 2016, probably not long after the Xbone, maybe January/February. If you don't have PS+ then it won't work, I would assume. Isn't it a purely online game?

Dedicated hardware is easier to tweak with and develop for because you have a clear set of lines you know you can't cross, I mean yeah it'll run and look like shit but they'll get it to run because they just have to use a already set piece of hardware.
