I think it actually looks pretty good. Though they said their goal is to make the best 1080p 60 fps game on consoles, which I don't know, it might be doing it since there's so little games that run at that. And apparently they're not using megatextures in it or idtech6 in general as much or even at all. Gives me more hope for Dishonored 2 since it's apparently using a custom version of idtech6 called Void. I just hope Dishonored 2 aims for 30 fps on consoles so it can look better and not be locked at 60 fps on PC.

I don't think you know what lighting is. A simple color palate swap isn't adding in any lighting, it's doing just that: putting in different colors. In DaS2 they actually gutted the entire lighting and shadowing system but here it's just a poor choice of colors due to being a modern AAA game.
