Take this with a grain of salt, but this was apparently sent to me via a email by someone who works in PR at Nintendo of America, who says that Master Chief was approved by Microsoft for use in Smash Wii U/3DS.
The email also states that Steve Downes, Chief's VA, was called in to the recording studio to voice new dialogue for Chief.
The last thing is that Chief will be released with Cloud and an unknown Nintendo rep as apart of some Trifecta Pack in 2016 (My guess is no early than January.)
However, I find this suspicious, so I'm taking a grain of salt with this.
What do you all think of this?

It varies. Some of them are simple enough that the painters are less likely to fuck anything up. Some have nothing difficult to mold or piece together. But I have a really good Toon Link, Bowser and Samus so my experience with them is positive in terms of the quality i expected.
