I started off my life with Tetris and they haven't really fucked up any of the DS releases so that is a strong contender
CS took up 700 hours of my life so I like that as well, even moved in with one of my CS group members
I really liked Uncharted 2 as well because the story was a lot better than anything else at the time and still had a lot of fun with the setpieces, but the MP of that game was so godlike that it made me stay for what seems like eternity
I also really like Fallout 3 but I'm not allowed to say that on here

probably REmake. i've finished it more times than i know, and i can still sit down and bang out a 2 hour no-save completion.
never gets boring. different endings, optional tasks. game has so much shit in it. fucking brilliant.
