>>
yeah i didn't expect fallout 4 to be in the top sellers list either
>>
>23 yuro

Thanks, Gaben. Back when Steam announced it was going to implement regional prices I never thought I'd appreciate that. Especially not that soon...

The ps3 and ps4 version are the same game.
The ps4 version just has higher detail backgrounds.

Can someone explained to me exactly why Austalian internet is so poor compared to the rest of the developed world? I literally had better internet staying in rural Kenya than I did visiting Kangaroo Land.

Australian wi-fi signal is too low and you can't connect to the world wide web.

Also fucking spiders.

Is the netcode at least good? If its a great netcode and it has rollback I don't see how you couldn't at least play with people from Japan or something without that much of a problem.

It released in the middle of the fucking night on a wednesday of course it would become top seller. why do you think weebshit always release at night on random days

It was daytime in US when it released.

Steam shows statistics only for the region where you are.
>>
>>319648665
Its classic delay net code.
But its ok,
The game no longer has FRCs so you no longer have single frame link combos although all the setups and counter hit mechanics are still in the game.
And also the new time slow mechanic makes the game actually more strategic than just a test of precision.

Top games on steam comes down to amount of money made. Not on copies sold. So GG made more money than FO4 on steam.

is it playable on the pirate version?

Small population + huge country + extremely spread out people = internet nightmare

You run 1km of fiber in Japan and you service a couple million people

You run 1km of fiber in Australia and John from Accounting can now run at 25mb/s
>>
>>319649520
>So GG made more money than FO4 on steam.
Only during the last 14 hours.
Everyone who wanted to buy F4 probably bought it on release.
>>
So how is the port? I'm currently debating on whether my computer could or couldn't run it, but I might end up buying it anyway, as this deal is hard to pass.
But how is the port? Some negative reviews say that there are problems with keybindings, some say that there are problems playing with a gamepad, and some say that the fps drops hard from time to time, while many positive ones say the fps is pretty good.
Who can I believe here, I wonder.
>>
>>319649763

Why do people pretend this is remarkable? Any remotely-notable release shoots up to the top of that list.

Damn, I was afraid of that, since I also live in a country where Street fighter is the only fighting game anybody ever plays and my only friends who play anything else are 6000 miles away from me.

Guess I can only hope Revelator comes with a netcode change somehow.

>>
>>319651136
>Guess I can only hope Revelator comes with a netcode change somehow
Never going to happen. Arcsys put almost no effort into the PC ports and tend to outsource them to some coder chinks. They don't even put rollback netcode on consoles. There is no way in hell they would go the extra mile for the PC version.
>>
>>319649763

My comp is 6 years old.
No issues.

Surprised to see it came with so much DLC for free. Any of those characters fun to use?

My laptop is about the same, but if I looked correctly, my graphics card could be a bit bad for the job, but I'm not entirely sure. Especially since people are reporting that it runs on toasters, so I might have a chance after all.

Any news on yet if the game is the PS3 or PS4 or Arcade port, though?

If I'm an eurofag, should I get this or the ps4 version?
>>
>>319653328
The PS4 version still doesnt have 1.1 so people cant play with the ones who have the JP/US version. I have both this and the PS3 versions JP and in my opinion the Steam version has the better net code, but the current bugs are annoying as fucking hell. The problem is that the frame delay seems to spazz out as well.
>>
>>319653594
So, the steam version requires an adamant machine to run steadily?
>>
>>319655243
The Steam version requires a toaster to run at 60fps because you can downscale the shit to like 1000x700 or something.

Anyone short on cash and want to buy some steam games for the winter sale?

Need this done by 8 hours...i'd do it myself but procrastinated with fallout 4 and just cause 3.

Fuck me I know but my stupidity is your gain!
>>
>>319651330
That's pretty much the reason afaik. That and the fact that it causes confusion so people don't quite know whether they're getting a good service or not.
>>
>>319656391
That's a lot of things you got there, boyo. And I wouldn't trust /v/ not to put 1488 references all over it.
