So, I signed on steam tonight and only the games that are currently installed are showing up. I have a bunch that weren't installed; now I have to search for them individually and install them. Has this happenned to anyone else? I fear I may forget some.

You can make your library display only the games you currently have installed by clicking on the text above your games list and selecting "installed", maybe you have that selected for some reason.
