The Redneck wedding had some fun weapons but as whole the level was pretty weak by Blood Money Standards.

Go through the grotto, a bit past where the nice lady invites you to her room, go down the stairs and there's a balcony with a good overview.
Also I might be wrong, but can't you look more directly up if you use fps mode?

man i loved the redneck wedding, it had great accidents to set up not to mention you can take out the priest and take his clothes and actually perform the wedding. you can dance with the rednecks and push them into swamp to get eaten by crocs and the newspaper article of the bride is hilarious. you can also get into a drunken fight with guests without it counting against you.
