A lot of the multiplayer games, such as CS:Go, LoL, DOTA 2, battlefield, COD, GayZ, TF2, minecraft, l4d 1/2, ect ect. The communities are toxic, the games repetitive, there is no goal, no end game and the worst is that people will defend it like a religion. Thank god I grew out of that shit before it consumed me, and to the people still inside I feel for you. The sooner you get out the better.

Honestly probably DCUO. It was the the first MMO I was truly hyped for since I started wow back in cata (ya ik, sucks to not be a vanilla fag). I got beta and was so excited, went to go watch a movie as I waited for it to download. I came back fucking leveled to cap the first night and there was nothing to do. At the time I thought "well it's a beta so it's whatever" same thing happened when the game came out. Wasted my money on collectors edition but atleast I have the neat batman statue.

That's the thing, though, when you know a game could be better and should be better, but it wasn't due to either ineptitude or outright lazyness, there's a problem there.
For fuck's sake, there were FIVE texture enhancement mods within two weeks of release. There was the whole Shadowboost thing within a week. Settlement item expansion mods were there shortly after.
Sure it's not a bad game, but seeing a series go downhill this fast is fucking jarring. And that's coming from someone who said the same thing you did when Fallout 3 came out. Think about it, there's a very real possibility that the next TES or Fallout could be even more dumbed down and incredibly shallow, to the point where people like you will be unsatisfied. It'll be then that you'll have others who say "Well the game isn't THAT bad, it could be worse."

Not much. It was for handheld probably psp or ds. You were a primitive man surviving in some sort of wilderness, I never did much other than catch fish and make a fire to eat fish and survive.
