1) replace that useless left trackpad with a real D-pad. The left trackpad is useless for most games, and for games that need a D-pad it's just a huge ass shitty D-pad.
The face buttons are too small and in a place that makes them shit to use. They should move them so that they are in an arc formation around the right track pad. The A button should be bigger than the rest and placed in symmetry with the joystick so that the player can instantly know where it is, and where the other buttons are in relation to it.

Been replaying dead space with mine took me like 15 minutes to get used to the pad I rather like it now.
Also I have no idea what people mean by its hard to hold but I have oddly small hands and have no problems with it.

Fuck the button locations that doesn't matter for shit, you replaced one of the trackpads A CORE FEATURE OF THE CONTROLLER with a fucking d-pad. Now it's a joystick, a joystick like trackpad, a d-pad and four buttons, now where have I seen that before?

What bugs me most about it is in Dark Souls II I can't use the left trackpad as a D pad while using the left analog.
I've only had it for 3 days so it's still a bit difficult for me to play with it. It reminds me of learning to play with a trackball mouse or something.
