Do it if you want. It all depends on if there's games on the Wii U that you're interested in (Smash, MK8, etc)
I'd say look up lists for Wii U games and upcoming PS4 releases and try to pick as many as you can from each that you're interested in and if one outways the other, go with that one but you know, whatever.
If you want someone else's opinion though, the Wii U's pretty alright at the moment. It should have something to keep you interested (PS4, Wii U and Xbone owner here)
