Nah it doesn't fuck up anything.
You're allotted 2 drops a week, which might or might not occur after a game has ended.
Normally this means you have to play like 10 hours of CS to get both your drops for sure, so if you just hop in one of those servers each game is like 1 minute, so you're guaranteed both your drops after like a few hours without having to play the game.
It doesn't fuck up the economy because everyone gets 2 drops max, regardless of idling/legit play.
