I have a gtx 960 and it was legitamately fixed. I have ten hours in the game running at 40-60 FPS and I actually like it a lot. The only thing is you cant go higher than low textures (2GB card) because of the awful VRAM optimization or it will stutter like a bitch and be unplayable. So it is fixed, if you just want to play it and have low texture standards.

Asylum was built from the ground up for Consoles.
It had a big delay before being put on PC and when it did was poorly optimized for mouse/keyboard controls.

Hello, same person here. I have Witcher 3 and Arkham Knight runs at a higher frame rate. No settings impact performance other than textures. Maybe you need the updates. Other than the first major one there was one after that.

Final DLC is this month. There is actually a lot, I mean a lot, of content in the DLC in form of challenges so if you like that its a fucking candyland but the story packs are literally an hour or less than an hour each. Some are thirty minutes, they dont have satisfying stories either. Still good because of the characters you get to play as but dont go out of your way for it. I bought mine from cdkeys for $20 with the season pass and that was a really good deal for me.

I fixed it and now the game runs flawlessly maxed out at 1920x1080 on my 970 and i5 2500kIt's the best Arkham game and I have over 60 hrs in it, gonna do another playthrough soon on hardest difficulty NG+

I was hoping he'd be a reoccurring boss fight where it'd be like a Stalker vs. Stalker battle. Maybe he uses some tech wizardry to disable your detective vision and then you chase each other around an area trying to get the jump on the other.
I was actually hyped as fuck for something like this in that one part where you're lowering a bridge to the third island and he leads a bunch of guys into the control room with you in the ceiling. You do the predator takedown and you can see all the mooks panicking and firing wildly in slow-motion as you move from person to person busting their heads, but he just stands calmly in the middle watching your every move.
But then he went full whiny faggot mode and had a boring sniper battle. Then he disappeared from the game.
