I loved it.

One of the most beautiful games I've ever played.
Its great and the direction Microsoft should fucking go back to.
>>319567249
Should've had the option to explore the world after finishing it. Besides that, it's absolutely brilliant.
Absolutely magnificient. Microsoft is a godsend
>>319567249
Overrated flash game.
Into the trash it goes with undertale and the like.
Not much in the way of gameplay. Looks nice
Cool game, the chase sequences could've used checkpoints though but that's a minor nitpick.

I'm happy as long as you keep releasing the good ones for PC
>>319567249
I played it for like 20 minutes. It ain't nothing special, and the pretentious art style was really irritating from the get-go
>mfw sony cux will NEVER EVER play it
>>319568705
They're adding an expansion supposedly this year (It's gonna be called the Definitive Edition but you can still upgrade for a cheap price if you already have a copy)
>>319569013
The only difficult part about this was getting all the secrets
It looked pretty good from the trailer I saw at E3, but I never got around to playing it. I'll wait for the Steam winter sales, see if the price comes down.

Lying sonygger detected. How does it feel to be poor?
>>319569483
I played it on Steam
How does it feel to be a memester?
>>319569560
Tsk, tsk Sonypony. It's not nice to tell lies~
>>319569241
It wasn't difficult but restarting the escape parts from the beginning every time was a bit annoying since there were a lot of one-hit kills in those. Plus the fact that they locked you out of the areas afterwards even if you hadn't explored everything yet.

Jesus christ, he replied with a meme
HE'S GOING ALL OUT
Probably one of my favorites this year. Game play is pretty spot on, mechanics and exploration flow really well, Gareth Crocker and the rest of the audio team created a pretty amazing score and effects for the game.
My only major criticisms are how the story gets robbed of some of it's emotional weight, and how the upgrade system just amps your current abilities rather than giving you options that give you different abilities and change how you play the game, but that would of required a lot more dev time, money and possibly changing the entire game to fit a system like that. Triple jump can completely break the platforming challenge but it's optional.
Ori's save mechanic was pretty interesting in that it put a lot of responsibility on the player, which plays into the general difficulty curve. Ori if one of those games where you have to learn the mechanics well enough to progress, there is no difficulty curve, though it's not the kind of unfair spikes that make me turn off a lot of games.
Ori is hard but fair. The aesthetics combined with the excellent level and sound design sell the world itself as an integral part of the story and gameplay. Clearing the games main dungeons provides a much needed sense of progression that's severely lacking in a lot of contemporary releases.
Great game thats getting turned into cannon fodder (unsurprisingly) because Phil Spencer read it out as a winner over Bloodborne

SOMEBODY POST IT

Being on PC certainly helped its popularity I imagine.
Child of Light was better

>pretentious art style
game was fucking beautiful, how hateful of a person do you have to be to call it pretentious.
Were her actions justified?
>>319569219
>pretentious
Yeah that's a dead giveaway you never played it.
>>319570241
Absolutely. That one cutscene about her young'uns was full tear jerking.
>>319570241
>the dark creatures did nuffin wrong
It's like poetry
Fun game, very hard at times.
Just annoyed that some of the Steam achievements were bugged and never fired. Left a bad taste in my mouth after I finished.
>>319570348
>you never played it.
Oh, please man, fuck off
I played it, it sucks
>>319569223
Not like 99% of people have a pc
>>319570657
Why did you get it in the first place? Every screenshot of the game has this "pretentious art style" and should have been a red flag to your awful taste.
>>319570814
Was gifted to me by someone who hyped it into the sun
>>319571090
Well, that's a good excuse then I suppose. Also, I realized that one guy said "you didn't even play it" and then I responded with basically "you didn't even have to play it". I apologize for that, but your taste is still pretty shit.
I guess not everyone has to like it though.
>>319567249
Meme game.
>>319570241
No, but understandable.
a game for faggots

The steam version in general is more hugged for some reason.
Initially the X1 version had more problems but as of now it's the superior version.
Both versions play mostly fine.
