I was thinking of getting my wife a 3DS game for Christmas. I was thinking a cute RPG of some kind, she likes typical girl games like Zelda, SMT, Chronotrigger and such.
I was thinking of Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, but I haven't played any of those games myself.
How are they? Or any other recommendations for the 3DS?

OP here, thanks for the comments, she has and enjoys New Leaf. She isn't a casual but neither of us has a huge amount of time for gaming, so disgea type stuff is out.
Can mystery dungeon be enjoyed in a reasonable amount of time or does it require a lot of play / if she has to put it down for a good while will it be totally confusing and lame to pick up again?

I think Super Mystery Dungeon is super cute! I have sinked many hours into it.
I bought the Majora's Mask 3D remake an a whim and enjoyed it thoroughly. Although it isn't for me,
Xenoblade is enjoyed by many and isn't that hard in the beginning.
Mario & Luigi holds your hand but has good charm and could be considered "cute."
Some people like Fire Emblem Awakening. You can romance your units. I only played it for a few hours so I am not the most reliable recommender.
Haven't touched Yo-Kai Watch but I know that it's like Pokemon and looks cute.
I LOVE Inazuma Eleven and you can buy the Trilogy on e-shop. Recommend highly.
That's all I got. Dragon Quest 7 and 8 are coming over and I will lose a significant portion of my life to those games.
