Fun/entertainment is a basic requirement of a video game. 95% of games that come out will be fun or entertaining. Most every AAA title outside of some complete dumpster fire will be fun/entertaining. Good implies an advanced level of quality outside of the basic fucking requirements. Good encompasses a shitload more things than fun/entertaining.
For example, I think that Assassin's Creed: Syndicate, Star Wars: Battlefront by EA, and Fallout 4 are fun games. I also think they are bad games that fall short of the quality that I see as "good". It all really depends on how much you play video games. The more you play the less lenient you become with your definition of "good".
