It is different because now they are using a full facial capture (Think "Until Dawn") of the actors where as before they did not. In 1 and 2 it was rendered digitally, and in 3 I believe they captured mouth movement while rendering the rest of the face digitally. Basically the characters have actual actors now. That and everyone is supposed to be like what, 20 years older? Of course they look different.

Did anyone, even people who enjoyed the others, ask for a 4th Uncharted game?
