nothing wrong with OPs pic other than the fact that whilst simulating realism, it does not look all that realistic. She has an egghead, the chin is probably a bit too big (the lower lip to bottom of chin distance does not need to be too narrow), her eyes are dull and the distance from the lower nose to lower eye is too big. Basically her skull needs to be rounder, not rectangular (though a shape closer to a box is fine).
