With EA to get the full content of the game, you usually need to pay AAA full price + season pass, just look at battlefront 3
Where Dota 2 and TF2 are 100% free in all content, and the only money you can pay is if you want to play dress up. Otherwise you don't have to pay a dime for games that provide thousands of hours of multiplayer gameplay
Even CSGO is at max $15 for a game that can last you for literally years
