The only reason I'd buy that stick is if I was a non-tournament player who wanted to play on a friend's PS4, but didn't want to buy another fulll size stick. That's it.
Otherwise, buy a real fucking arcade stick.
Be safe and pay to get the real stuff than try to cut corners and get a shitty product for a higher price than it should be.
Check ebay or if you have a facebook account, check your local fighting game scene group if someone sells their stick. There are country groups specially for fighting games so that would be easier if you want a cheap stick.
