Basically, you get sent poisoned chocolate and the character you're playing as is a moron that just eats them.
You're playing a princess who's mother (the queen) just died and you're training to be the next queen and making some major political decisions, at some point you randomly get sent a bunch of chocolates and the character just eats everything and dies unless you have some pretty specific skills to save yourself (like having dog training skilled so a dog sniffs out the poison or some bullshit)

This game is way too realistic.
This is the first VN I've ever played and it has honestly set the standard for me. The political intrigue and complex relationships in this game is some of the best roleplaying I've ever had. I loved it enough to explore all the routes to get all the achievements for it.
