I only like them because it makes me appreciate a game so much more. But only specific trophies, not like the awful kill 10,000 enemies in Killzone Mercenary and other grindy ones.
But specifically speaking, The Hitman Trilogy. The amount of satisfaction I received from obtaining the Silent Assassin rank on Blood Money and Contracts was awesome. Especially when you figure it out on your own, although I did have a little bit of trouble getting Silent Assassin on the Contracts missions, The Bjarkhov Bomb and Rendezvous in Rotterdam. Other than that it made me love the Hitman franchise so much more because of it.
