Is there any other game where elements other than fire are useful? I can understand because the burn status for extra damage pretty much trumps every other element. The only time to use anything else is if the enemy fully outright resists fire.

In Morrowind a good 50% of NPC's resist fire at 75%. Lightning is the king of elements in that game.
