Everything is cheaper, ships have more HP, have a building that generates ALL resources passively without need for workers, come with Catrography for free in team matches.
They also have two unique upgrades, one that increases ship attack and hp by 1 and another that greatly increases accuracy of EVERYTHING that uses gunpowder.
