My main gripe with it is the cast and the fanservice content. If it had the anime's cast, I would have liked it a lot more. The anime's cast is highly varied in everything (personality, weapons, body type, boob size, skin/hair color, etc). Meanwhile, the Vita cast has 4 out of 8 girls with purple hair, they all have the exact same body type and boob size, and the only remarkable difference between all of them is their weapons.
Also, the fanservice is utter shit. I obviously don't expect nipples to get shown, but they could have made Driving a minigame of sorts where you have to grope/make out with your partner properly. Doing well would give you strong damage and such, or so on. All we've seen so far is "I touched your boob", with some promise of a kiss as the top level drive (which will probably be similarly mediocre). Not to mention the footage shown has not once shown a full strip like SK (they don't even fully lose their clothes, they just get damaged).
TL;DR: scrap the cast, use the anime cast instead, add shittons of making out/groping.
