Same as PC version it's based off. No spelling grammar fixes.
The only changes I've read of PC -> PS4 are some patches to stop warping exploits, adding a quick speed option, upscaling (incl font and high quality fmvs), centering the field display, analog stick support, and playstation button symbols.
Also it's now 4GB rather than about 1.5GB

It's a fun game, if you ever replay it it's because you're having a good time with it, not because muh completion syndrome Wait a couple of months minimum and try it again.
I replayed my PS1 copy earlier his year and it was still amazing. Bought it on PS4 last night and I'm about to leave midgar - man does this version look better. I mean just night and day, FMVs too. Just so wonderful to play it all cleared up. And the 3x speed option is great. All JRPGs need something like this for quicker grinding (not that you need to grind on FF7)
