I've never felt a natural desire to achieve anything at all, and after a lot of things went to shit I stopped trying. I had the same mentality as you do now for the first year or so of neethood, but it changed over time as everything does. things stop being fun, and become frightening.
at least that's my experience, I think if I went outside more things wouldn't scare me so much.
