This game looks really fun.
Except it's pretty expensive for a top-down shooter.
And it basically requires three of your friends to buy it as well. Playing with randoms would be just nerve wracking.

I've been having good times with pubs, for the most part. As long as you take charge everyone will sort of follow you.

Bugs are the easiest.
Illuminate and Cyborg are both hard as balls but in different ways.
The Illuminate have battlefield control up the ass but Cyborgs have so much goddamn armor.

The Illuminate are the reason I stopped playing on PS4 back in April. Bugs and Cyborgs are fun, but were always beaten first leaving only the Illuminate for last and then half the players would quit for a week or two until the war restarted to avoid fighting them. They just aren't fun to play against.

very true. I think once the bugs are taken out everyone will move onto the Borgs. Once you get a competent crew of tank busters, even they becone EZ. The illuninate's shit is pretty hard to counter, and I haven't found a way to easily win against them. But, I haven't played against them much.

I use the EAT-I7 mostly, since you can't have a jetpack and supprt pack. It works when I have a new group since I donmt have to rely on them as much.
The instant team reload is amazing though.

Any tips for fighting the bug master? A friend and I with 2 PUBs got it down to 1/4 health, but the spawns at that point are all armor and we couldn't keep it up. The bug commanders are a freaking nightmare, too. The take so much damage to put down and get faster the more you shoot them.

Recoilless rifles come with the rifle itself and a support pack. If a buddy picks up the pack, they can reload you in an instant instead of you having to take 6 seconds or so to reload yourself.
