Ok so after poking around there seems to be a discrepancy in who the hell developed this game. A bunch of people are saying that this was Dimps first crack at Sonic, but every where I look tells me that SNK developed pocket adventure. Dimps doesn't even list the sonic advance games on their website let alone this.

So who made the game? Can /v/ put on their detective caps again and solve this mystery?
