I didn't play the betas but I got the game and it's pretty cool. Obviously there are a lot of comparisons to CSGO and it's similar, but I think it's got it's niche as a tacticod. I still prefer vegas 2 but this is a nice experience.

My biggest gripe is earning experience only goes through once round is over. If you leave before or get disconnected you don't gain any, and I've been disconnected before round ends several times. Pretty frustrating.

It's ok. Server and netcode problems aside, it lacks content. Even Star Wars Battlefront has more. No campaign in R6 is just not acceptable. The core gameplay mechanics are good though. That's only true for Bandit since his car battery needs to be connected with one item. Jammers dont since they can be placed almost anywhere on the floor. If there's three adjacent walls that need to be jammed and you only have two spare jammers, placing them as close as possible to the area where each reinforcement meets the other then two jammers is all you need. I do it all the time and funnel enemies through the doorways. Another good tip for defending is placing barbed wire down at a doorway before reinforcing it or putting up boards. that way it slows enemies down on the other side should they decide to try and breach a doorway. this works especially well if you have castle and bandit as you basically force enemies to use sledge or breach the barbed doorway with electrified barbed wire. most people dont do this. Castle is one of the best defending classes and does wonders with Mute and Bandit.

Sledge is an underdog and something you should get later on for Ranked. It's a great meta pick. I personally enjoy Blitz and Montagne and tend to do very well with them too. IQ, Twitch, and Pulse are classes that I avoid getting till I get all others.
