Other than monsters I don't see any significant pop ins. Seen a lot worse on PS4. This looks way better than I expected, at least with the data packs installed.

Yeah the game runs pretty badly, but its honestly what I've come to expect from consoles nowadays.
Bloodborne also runs like shit and hurts my eyes, you'll get used to it after an hour or two.
The game seems pretty sweet so far though. I went in with no expectations and so far its decent. Music is a little overblown, graphics are rather bad and the controls are odd but I'm looking forward to building my team and my character

Looks fair to me. The pop ins and no dynamic shadows are bad, but then again its the Wii U. They should at least made more premade shadows for locations that change automaticly with time and lower poly/less res models when they are far away though, I don´t know why they didnt made any of these.
