Her upsmash still has difficulty hitting things, meaning that it is semi-useles against anything that isn't directly above or large enough to get caught by the flames.
Her power missiles CANNOT kill. Even at 200% against a lightweight character, they will not kill.
Her morph ball bomb is also useless, and will get you into trouble more than out of it.
None of her throws can kill until 250+%
Her charge attack has a fucking weird hitbox and will pass right through > 50% of the time.
Really the only way to play as Samus and win is to hold a charge and shotgun it at the right moment. Some of the A-tier and S-tier characters are so unpunishable that this method will still fail.
So basically: lack of kill moves, wonky hitboxes, and she's too punishable compared to other characters.
