They streamlined it for the plus version. The guide on playstationtrophies is outdated. Once you onlock the good ending you can just pick what ending you want to see and if you have all the character flags you get the character ending.

Start with Rorona+ on PS3/vita or Ayesha. The plus version of Ayesha is vita only but its better since it actually has dual audio, and added shit, but the ps3 version is fine if you don't mind dubs.
Basically play Rorona+ - Totori - Meruru
Ayesha - Escha - Shallie
If you have a vita, 4 of the six games have plus versions which are the best versions of the games, and Escha+ is releasing this January in the west.
