Do it, and make sure you do genocide. You need to go around an area killing everyone until you see "But nobody came", then you can progress.
Genocide is universally the easiest way to play so you shouldn't have any trouble with your reduced reflexes and coordination.

The journey lasted longer, so you had more memories. The pictures taken all throughout said journey also have a bigger impact than just seeing the characters of Undertale getting their happy ending. There's a difference between spending 30+ hours exploring and saving Ness' whole world and spending 7-or-so freeing monsters from a cave

In regards of gaming there's usually nothing gained out of being under the influence of any drug (alright adderall is an exception). In my opinion though alcohol doesn't work anywhere for enjoyment out of a social situation. When I'm alone at night I might smoke a little but even then only certain games are more appealing then when sober.
