They're both good games. Overwatch gameplay is more focused on character abilities, TF2 is more focused on gunplay.
I've played TF2 since beta, so it's starting to feel stale and I've been playing it less and less as the months pass. Overwatch seems like the game that's going to eventually take TF2's place in my schedule.

This isn't true. Not only does each class have different lines for dominating each different class, they have extra lines based on how many kills they have. The medic lines are also different based on how much health they have.

Those are still just single specific lines for specific events. You're making my case here, not yours.
You also only referenced one Overwatch character, D.Va, who is specifically designed as an annoying "gamer girl" archetype (she is a pro SC2 player in the lore). Many of the characters speak much less often, usually only when they respawn.
The spoken dialog during an ultimate ability also serves as an audio cue to let other players know the ultimate is being cast, which is why it's the same every time.

Sometimes you just can't, and if you miss say, a scout who's jumping around like a fag, you'll run out of metal AND ammo and you're left floundering.
The default shotgun is reliable, six shots just like the Widowmaker, but if you miss you can just reload a shell. Missing with the Widowmaker puts you at two disadvantages, less metal to shoot, less metal to fix things with.

Soda Popper's damage penalty is significant enough that you won't be able to damage a combo faster than it can heal at midrange, no matter how obnoxiously you jump around.
Short Circuit is not "for free", it chews through a fuckload of Metal and denies you your harassment tool, and the projectiles destroyed are easily rapidly replaceable.
Spycicle is a big fat fucking "there's a Spy here" sign to the enemy team on the class built around stealth, and the Vaccinator shield around you is an even bigger giveaway. Unless the enemy team has more than one Pyro it's a downgrade. If you had even basic knowledge of the game, you would know that the correct answer is that the Big Earner and stock are sidegrades.
Machina again is a big fat fucking "look at me" sign, and is only useful on trade maps where there's nowhere to hide and the enemy lines up nicely for you to shoot them, or where there are abysmal sightlines. Otherwise it's always a sidegrade. Hence why stock has a higher equip rate by owners.
Bonk is situational, as multiple other anons have explained to your dumb ass. your use of the word "free" is also ridiculous; Self stunning to use a weapon that prevents you from attacking or defending and takes away your long range capabilities is not "free survival".
