Actual discussion wasn't too bad, Austin barely said a word and Jeff went more on about how the actual gamepart of Extreme is lame and people should ask for more from the makers and not just settle for tits but the Vinny moment definitely sucked. After Ryan died Giant Bomb declined in quality extremely quickly.
Ryan was always the funniest one and wasn't afraid to offend people.

Super Best Friends - Pat can be annoyingly negative about everything, but otherwise they are pretty good. They seem like they genuinely care about and get hype about video games. Also they know enough about fighting games to not sound like complete idiots when discussing them.
Penny Arcade DLC podcast - Technically this podcast is just Jerry and Mike writing a comic strip, but more often than not it'll be about video games anyway. They can be pretty funny.
Co-optional podcast - pretty good if you can stand TotalBiscuit. He tends to be well-informed but loves the sound of his own voice too much. Jesse Cox and Dodger can be entertaining, but don't actually know or care that much about video games. How good the podcast is generally depends on the guest.
The Patch - I listen to these occasionally then wonder why I bothered. I guess Ashley Jenkins and Meg Turney are pretty hot which helps the video version. Otherwise they seem to prefer talking about movies over talking about video games and they enjoy hating on Nintendo for no reason.
The Patch Game Club - same people as The Patch, but this podcast is them discussing a (short, usually indie) game they all played during the preceding week. This is pretty short and usually actually pretty interesting.They always think the game was pretty good but not worth the price.

The Beastcast is a decent inbetween of the original Bombcast and the Bradcast. Vinny lets everyone have fun on it and doesn't stifle joy like Brad does.
As for other gaming podcasts, can't really think of any but if you enjoy people shooting the shit, the Sleepycast is pretty great as long as you don't get triggered easily. Fantasy Fiction was pretty good, though it got bopped since on host wanted to expand it into a business while the other wanted to keep it small and humble.
