Except we've been over this and they do. Selling more than twice as much in western territories than in Japan. DOAX3 is still getting a English-sub release for Asian countries, but we still don't have a reason why it's not getting a western release.

Sales of DoA are better in west than in Japan, and the Asian version of the game is already translated. Not sure about dub, but UI is in English and it's subbed.
