Maxed out shroud is like 87 in ballistic and energy ontop of 15% human resist. It's viable enough to play the game but nowhere near as good as having each legendary in slot heavy combat armour.

Ok lads, i need some help.So, ive done the firsr quest for the memeroad and retook theyr underground HQ, but after that i decided to continue with the main q.i was on the part where you have to chose whonto build your teleportation device and i chose the minuteman.after i visit the institude and finished my q, i decided to go and check the railroad and see if i can get any quests there.the only q's that i can get are from that tinker nigga who gives me those endless quests to install some shitty machines at randim places, and when i try to talk ti Desdemona, she tells me that im member of the minuteman and should leatve them and join the memeroad.do i have to do this to be able to do bos/rail quests?
