Peacock is basically B.B.Hood with a better arsenal, access to pocket space, and a far smaller chance of bleeding out so even if they actually did the research this would probably be her win.
The only thing B.B.Hood would arguably have on Peacock is skill since she has to go up against Darkstalkers with nothing but conventional weapons.
