PS4 runs whats basically OpenGL which some quirks and its going to stay that way. Xbone is getting the DX12 software development kit, which is only going to make things EASIER not FASTER.

Digital Foundry said it plays fine on a 750Ti/i3 around the same as the settings on PS4 for 30FPS and it's well optimized for mid-range.
It runs shit on console. Not on PC. And PC performance is without official driver support or SLi Profiles so it's only going to get better from now while consoles are still stuck at a fluctuating sub-30FPS with screen tear.
