However, Chris Harding from TheGamesCabin has released a video providing first-hand evidence of the game’s atrocious load times. Unbelievably, after dying it takes more than three, yes THREE, minutes to reload the world. During the analysis, Harding said:

For real, though, I'm pretty excited. 2016 looks like it'll be good.
So if I remember this correctly, these new consoles run on blu-Ray which has a very slow read speed which is why the mandatory installs are mandatory. So the easiest fix would be SSD but the interface in the current consoles are old sata spec and the new stuff isn't cheap enough to dump into a console.
So I'm trying to think how they could help out in this regard, maybe run a hybrid drive and dedicate the SSD portion to RAM like behavior for the game but it would have to transfer the install back and forth which would screw with the lifecycle of the drive, or they could do cloud computing offload it to a server somewhere.

So you had to load into open world, walk 5 steps and then load into the 2nd portion of the area. What the flying fuck Bethesda. 7xx is considered as obsolete today because Nvidia pretty much maimed their GPU to get the best power/performance.
Instead of having a powerful GPU, they went the route of optimizing each and every single game, putting hundreds of manpower into it. which is why they can't pull this off in the older GPU.

Do you know why it's "600" Euro? Not that I believe you, but if so: because they're no longer in fucking production. A 4870x2 is fucking nothing but good luck finding one for less than a 980. Second to that, you're looking at the Ti model. AND it's not necessary to play games with that model.
Sure, of you want to max every setting for every game AS THEY COME OUT, you need a behemoth to stay ahead of the curve. But what are you trying to do? Merely matching the level of performance of a console can be done with "potato" hardware, for consecutive years.
I operate on a 4GB GTX 770. I have had it since 2012/2013. I am not behind any curve. I still max every game. And just because 970/980 are out doesn't mean I have to upgrade, because few games at their most demanding (4K, downsampling/ultra-high res texture packs, max draw distance, object distance, and 16xAA, etc) even warrant that hardware, and even still, those cards are only MARGINALLY better (barring a 980Ti) because all cards from the current generation are just rebrands with improved power/performance of previous cards. Ergo, 780/780Ti is closer to a GTX970, meanwhile a 970 is not "600 Euros". That means my 2-3 year-old card isn't due for an upgrade for at the minimum, the next year to year-and-a-half. And even THAT will only be necessary if I want to continue to maximize every game as they come out, as I said.

A ton of streamers got the PC version as that was the only version square was giving to them and said that it scales well on GPU's and will run at console settings on a 750Ti but you need a at least a later gen i5 or AMD FX-8xxx series to get a solid framerate performance on it.
