Disney has pushing for all games to be created by in house studios with very few exceptions (Star Wars, and Lego Marvel games are the only ones as far as I know) not to mention they've been actively trying to erase Marvels involvement with other companies (removal of a fuckton of games from digital markets including UMVC3, Deadpool, etc.)
Disney has been trying desperately to gather the rights back for their movie franchises that were sold to Sony and Fox as well but to no real avail. Some people are even saying that Marvel purposely sabotaged the recent Fantastic Four film so that the rights would revert back to Marvel an in turn Disney (Marvel retains the movie rights only if Sony or Fox don't put out new titles)
