As a general rule it's usually safe to say that 40k beats 95% of settings in terms of powerlevel simply due to the ridiculous size of the imperium, other than equally powerlevel wanky things like capeshit.
My favourite game world is dorf ortress, which the imperium would crush, but frankly the horrors encountered by both dorfs and spess muhrines are quite comparible, and I would not wish them on anyone.
